(1) Sell, rent, lease, license, distribute or otherwise transfer the Services, Games or any Content, including but not limited to Virtual Goods or Game Currency, including participating in or operating a so-called "secondary market" for Virtual Goods, Game Currency or Content;
(2) Attempt to reverse engineer, derive source code, modify, adapt, translate, data mine, decompile or disassemble or create derivative works from the Services or any Content, except as otherwise provided by applicable local law;
(3) Remove, disable, circumvent or modify any technological measure we implement to protect them or any of their related intellectual property rights;
(4) Interfere or attempt to interfere with the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming or mail bombing the Service or any of its users;
(5) Encourage or permit anyone else to do any of the foregoing.
4. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind and the Wildlife Parties hereby disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. Without limiting the foregoing, the Wildlife Parties expressly disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, quiet enjoyment and non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of a course of dealing or usage of trade. The Wildlife Parties make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or that the Service will be available on an uninterrupted, secure, virus-free or error-free basis. The Wildlife Parties make no warranty as to the quality, accuracy, timeliness, authenticity, completeness or reliability of the Service.
5. Updates and changes to the Game and unavailability of the Game
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify the Game at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Game is unavailable at any time or for any period, and we have no obligation to support prior versions of the Game when updating, upgrading or implementing additional features.
6. No Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be void. Notwithstanding the headings of this section, we may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
